customers with installed equipment towards future purchases of Syneron Candela products,
service or consumables.

The following conditions will apply:

1.   One credit redemption per clinic, applicable to registered businesses in Australia or New Zealand.
2.   The credit is applicable to all approved purchases made prior to 31 March, 2012.
3.   Credit is redeemable for the full value on the first order only and no change or future credit
      will be given.
4.   The credit is not redeemable for cash and can not be used with any other promotion.
5.   The credit is for future (new) purchases only and can not be used for existing
      or outstanding purchases.
6.   The customer must have no outstanding debt with the Company.
7.   The Company’s decision is final on all approved orders and the value of the redemption.
8.   The Company is to advise the customer of acceptance of the credit prior to it taking effect.
9.   By accepting the promotional credit the customer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. By registering the customer agrees to receiving future emails from Syneron Candela relating
      to Syneron Candela promotions, news, products or services.
